SHIPPING

 

HOW LONG & HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

  • Standard - $4.95 AUD (3-5 business days)*

  • Express - $9.95 AUD (1-2 business days)

  • International - $9.95 (7 – 10 business days)

*Standard sipping includes all Australian Capital Cities. Please allow 1-2 additional days for rural areas.

To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt (unless ATL has been selected). If you don’t expect to be home during normal business hours, please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

 

*Peak periods such as Public Holidays and Beauty Loop offers can experience longer delivery times, please allow 5-7 business days.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from brushbud.com which will include your tracking consignment number.

 

You can track the progress of your order by visiting australiapost.com.au and entering your consignment number. If you are unable to locate your consignment number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please email us at hello@brushbud.com.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AGREE TO AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)?

To ensure the security of your order a driver will always attempt to gain a signature when a delivery is made unless you have selected 'authority to leave'. If you do, you understand and agree that this authority to leave gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave the Order in question unattended by the front door – or, where applicable, at the reception or concierge's desk, or as per your instructions – of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the Orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.

 

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

 

WHAT ABOUT LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS?

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at hello@brushbud.com. If selecting standard shipping and you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.

 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, at a flat rate of $9.95 AUD. Please allow for 7 – 10 business days for all international orders.

CAN MY BRUSH BUD FIT ANY SIZE BRUSH?

Brush Bud is created for foundation brushes up to 18cm (7 inches) in height and 3cm (1 inch) in width. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Brush Bud. Please reach out to hello@brushbud.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry - Brush Bud packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to hello@brushbud.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

What’s your return policy?

If you change your mind for any reason, we accept returns subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase.

  • We know you were so excited to rip it open and see inside, so we understand you may have taken the product out of the packaging bag and that’s OK however the product itself must not have been used.

 

How do I return an item?

BRUSH BUD need to provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Please email us at hello@brushbud.com.au for an RAN.

Our Queen B’s will reply with your RNA within two business days, and will also provide you with instructions and the address to send your return to.

Once we receive the product, we will undergo a quality review. Once your return is approved, you will receive a refund (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We will process refunds within 5 business days. You will receive email notification of your refund once finalised.

BRUSH BUD do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. BRUSH BUD is not liable for the loss of products being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and recording your tracking number.

BILLING

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

Is your card expired?

Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at hello@brushbud.com. We’re happy to help!
